Length of Vader ROTS lightsaber?

I was hoping someone with an MR Vader ROTS lightsaber could measure its length if it wasn't too much of a hassle. I'm going to be Vader from ROTS for Halloween and I'm working on his lightsaber.

I'd like to know the length of the Vader Revenge of the Sith hilt only. (Not the graflex version on Mustafar, but the Vader one that wasn't seen in the movie)

Sorry, don't know the length, but that saber was displayed at the SW Power of Costume exhibit. I've got pix in this Flickr album if you could use them.

I know it doesn't answer your question but if you're just needing a hilt, it might be easier the just buy the DisneyStore version and remove the blade. It's a pretty accurate version of the ROTS saber.

If you're not going for 501st acceptable accuracy, most of the prequel hilts were about 11 inches. That should be about right. Hope that helps.

The MR Ep III Vader is almost exactly 11 inches at the longest point of the shroud.
