This display is intended for an under tv/entertainment centre area with LED flood lighting as well as the model being lit with house window lights and door locks, as many figures 14-15 .So here we go starting with the main buildings and general layout constructed from Styrofoam boards. The area layout will be 90cm x40cm ( the size of the under TV space ).

Great beginnings! I am making Mos Eisley city as well out of lego. This reminds me a lot of a 3D print of Ben Kenobi's home on Tatooine.

I love it.

But—to please George Lucas—you will need to have a gigantic Ronto butt that crosses from right to left and completely obscures the diorama. You could do this with some kind of carousel mechanism, I suppose.

Door locks are scratch built from basic plastic junk plus phone and laptop guts. Fibre optics will be used to light these.
More building texturing done and a sign for above the door of the bar.

This is looking fantastic! I always love seeing Tatooine dioramas in the foam stage, so cool and creative. Love all the greeblies.

Time to get things more interesting with some accessories to the scene, these space beer kegs are made from Kinder egg pods. Power unit thingy things for outside of the dwellings are again phone and laptop guts.
