I have all the products to start production.
Expects to see the first 10-15 produced in the next two weeks.

I will make an exception this time but Supplies already been purchased, this run is on in full, there will be no more returning of deposits at this point. If you changed your mind, you will not have a problem selling yours here in the Junkyard or ebay after receiving your Helmet.

Finally some progress!
Black Onyx and Cold Cast Aluminum made with 65d and aluminum powder

I did some sanding on the aluminum cast one to show the sheen a little bit.


They will look more grey until you sand them down.

once again the excess flashing will be cut and the Eyes.

Reimforcing/padding/ clean up and cheek holes services will not be provided

Also, just a heads up, I am taking a little longer then expected for the first batch of 10-15 because the time I allotted for work on them I ended up having to go out of town for a funeral. So two work sessions behind

Gotta be careful with that seam down the middle. Looks like the nose lines didn't fully match up on the 65d version. Looking good, I know there are a lot of people happy to see production on these.

yeah, the 65d one was after I let the wife put the mold back together :$
was only a test pull so I am not too worried.

the next 65d one did not have that problem =D

Is anyone interested in saving 35$ and getting this B Grade pull? Only issue is a tiny crack that can easily be reinforced on the inside and painted and primed over.First person to chime in can be invoiced for it.
