Kid Scale Proton Pack

A few years back I built my son his own Proton Pack. He was 2 at the time and is now getting ready to turn 4. Here are some pics of Zane this year on Halloween. He had a wonderful time but I fear I will have to make him a new pack before Dragoncon next year. He's getting a bit big for it. Not to mention the flight suit.
