It's not at all. For one, there are actually NO powers in the comic/movie. It's just regular Joe Schmoe. And they're not rich. No Bruce Wayne types. It's a well written book and the movie (from what I've seen) is following the source material.

Before you pass judgment on it, take a look at the comic or making of book. Warning: there is profanity in it (both movie and comic).

I am not going to tell the story but it's brilliant.

It is like a mix of Kill Bill and Max Payne on some Super Hero drug.
