Crappy part is I can have everything done in 3days, however inspections will cause delays because they go step by step.

Projected completion is March 1st

Good luck with that. Florida is the 2nd hardest and toughest state to work in(legally) or get licensed in only behind California.

You need permits for everything
 
Too cold

The handyman make life hard for licensed contractors like us. It's very strict here for that reason
lol! i agree with ya! sub zero temperatures last week, haven't seen anything over 29 degrees yet this week... wind is wicked
 
my girlfriend is going to school in Gainesville, tonight she told me they declared a state of emergency and opened the shelters because its 45 degrees LOL
Sounds about right. It can snow up there and the streets aren't prepared for it.
 
Lumber delivery today . Plywood for the roof, foam insulation and firing strips for the exterior walls , 2x4s for the frame wall.

I have to sheath it but it looks like rain tomorrow. I have my door on hand and windows arrive this Friday.
