This is a replica of the large demon mask seen in Joe Versus the Volcano. This is built almost entirely from EVA foam so it's very light, but it's also almost 3 feet tall! This is my second "Joe" commission for a customer building out a tiki room in his house. Here's the first Joe project he had me do:

This is the plush tiki that Abe Vigoda's character carries around in the film. "It is mu SOUL!" ... This replica was a nice analog project. No computer or 3D printer. The head was sculpted from clay, molded and cast. The body is a mix of fabrics and materials to get the desired look.
