if you take the elastic in the hat out it makes it easier to put on and take off
not to mention it wont pull on the beads on the bandana

I received my Jack Sparrow vest from Rens this week, and I can't thank her enough for it!

The back looks ALOT like the OST material....And is also the same pattern as my TDK Joker vest.

Thank ya mate! But oh yeah, I haven't even began to weather my costume yet, still have a year to do so! I wasn't gonna weather it up until I saw some more OST pictures. To see if there were any "distinct" weather marks,etc.

Gotta finish evrything first!

WoW! Everything is looking GREAT!! Just amazing!

Some people spend hundreds to thousands of dollars and hundreds to thousands of hours and never seem to quite capture Jack.
You put on a bandanna and that look and YOU GOT IT GOIN' ON!!

After finding out that there was a Ren Faire today in St Louis...And because CJS isn't quite popular with most Ren Faire fold....I'm thinking of asking Paulette if she could do a budget "William" shirt. :

I have decided that by this time next October....I will have completed my own OST wig. I'll proboly pick up a base wig and stuff to do the braids,etc. soon. Then on to the dreads and trinkets.

You'll have plenty of time to get that wig together, then. I was getting tired of making my dreads toward the end, but once I got them sewn to my wig it was worth it. But that was for a DMC/AWE wig. I'll be working on an OST wig after halloween to wear opening night.

Oh yeah, I have plenty of time to put it altogether...Plus, I won't fabricate anything until we have better ref pics to go by. I won't guess on anything just yet. It's early in the game IMO.
