James Bond Props - Thunderball Replica build

Hello all,
not really posted on here before but i have been a high level observer for a long time. I thought i would start a thread entitled James Bond props as i know there are a number of Bond prop fans out there that utilize this forum as well, but also to 'keep the British end up!' as a lot of film props are mainly from US based productions, hope you like,
some 'in production images' - can you tell what it is??

Making progress and nearly ready to start casting moulds on some of the main body.
12v exact lamp installed, these were the same as used on the tow sleds too.
Blocked back up for ease of moulding
I laboured over a load more movie stills and decided that the rear was more curved.

I've also started on forming the rear prop.
Making things with the kids while they're currently off school with popsicle (or lolly sticks, in the UK) some models, it suddenly dawned on me that these were a fantastic tool for possibly making the spiral curves for the blades. After making a few fans and spacing the sticks at different intervals i came up with roughly the correct blade pitch. what do you think?

Prepping the plug for moulding... Front half first

3 Part fibre glass mould

Formed pretty well, a bit more time on the mould release on the plug next time, as it stuck a little but happy with the quality of the mould

First pull out of the mould pretty good too, nice flat white. A bit of clean up and starting to take shape

Light and pull switch trial fitting:
