James Bond 007 - Casino Royale - Hotel Splendide Keycard and Wallet

This prop will need a little construction, I have included to versions of the Key Card (one you fold and clue together, the other you print double sided), and the Card Wallet will need to be printed double sided the folded and glued where shown.

Should look like this

(Would love to have an actual picture of my prop, but my printer is playing up :unsure)

just a little note, at the risk of sounding picky
after a simple printing paper, it seems to me that the card is slightly smaller than a credit card, this happens often in PDF format

Caplan - I've never really noticed a scaling problem before with pdf's are you sure you are setting the print to 100% and not "scale to fit"

yes I have tried many size remains the same?! it is smaller than 3 mm.

Ok something odd your end.

I have checked the dimension of the original document I created and the Card is 85.60 × 53.98 mm (3.370 × 2.125 in) (standard size - according to a google search, and measuring my cards seems right), I printed out the PDF card and measured it and it's the same, even comparing my own Credit Card to it it looks correct.

Where are you from and do you have different size Credit Cards ?

Not sure what else I can do, you could always print the card at a slightly higher % scale but it would be trial and error.

Printed at "taille réelle" in french via Adobe Reader.
