Is the Serenity money coming out next November?

I ordered my money pack when it was first offered.
I got my confirmation.
I was charged 2 months ago.
I've inquired on the Qmx site multiple times regarding multiple issues and received no reply.
The website still says the money is out in November...this November is over.
Is this the service I should expect from Qmx?

Master Replicas at least started out good before the service went bad.

Last email I got was they'd be ready to ship the week of Dec 11th (so, this week apparently). That was from an email from Dec 1st saying they were currently at the printers... That's all I know. There could have been a delay since then also, so no telling. Be patient - or you could ask for a refund :confused

I am not sure where you are sending e-mails to, but I KNOW for a fact that we are answering them like clockwork every day. I get copied on the multitude of responses.

Anyway...

YES, the Money packs are shipping. The first round is being processed as we speak. We even sent a few hundred to be sold at Flanvention just this last weekend.

They are all being shipped Fedex 2-day and the first round should start showing up at the owner's homes by the end of the week. A few hundred will be going out every day until all of the direct and retailer orders are filled.

Our eBay store will be open and will start selling them by this Friday as well.

An update e-mail should be going out to our entire mailing list by Wednesday or Thursday. We wanted to make sure most of the packs had been shipped when we sent the e-mail out.

Once again...sorry for any confusion. We ARE DEFINITELY trying to return every CS e-mail that we get.

(Or at least the ones we are aware of...)

Make sure you post pics when you get your pack...they are pretty darn shiny.

Let me first apologize for the angry in my first post.
I was EXTREMELY excited by the props in your Serenity line and was equally frustrated by what I believed to be an intentional snubbing.
I had been using the contact form on the website not emailing directly.
Thanks for the quick reply and info.

If you don't mind I have 2 other questions I hope you can answer.

1. Is the Mal pistol coming along on schedule?

2. When can you reveal what other props are coming up next?

I got the same response - or lack thereof, rather. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt, but holding off on any other purchases until this gets cleared up.

I've always had trouble getting replies through the customer service form on the site as well, never used the direct email (didnt know about it). However, calling them always yields good results.
