They are found parts. I think Blaster Factory still has the original plastic versions. I have some done in aluminum from a run a decade ago if you want metal. - I would sell them. Just PM me.

They're from a Tom Tit airplane model that is now out of production.
Todd's makes replicas of the unmodified parts, and also cut up versions for Leia and Mer Sonn, in plastic. Blaster Factory makes plastic whole and modified parts, and an assembled DL-44 front "heat sink" part, (which was made from three of the tomtit parts), replicated in machined aluminum.
