Ironman MK6 EVA build

First time build using Robo files. I did increase the sizes by 10% but found them to be waaay too big. So went with the standard files sizes and I must be the right size (5'8) to fit into the everything. Chest is a tad bigger than expected but I'll see what happens when I assemble it all!

EVA Foam (LV45 York Gym Mats from Argos) also some rolls of thinner 5mm Camping Mats (Amazon)

Going for the PVA school glue seal and then Plastidip. Bondo to fill any bad lines and general sand etc. Then opted for Solar Gold and Regency Red (Ford Branded).

Ok so I added Ipson 40 to the helmet and I am waiting for it to dry so I can then sand and then fine fill. Prime etc. Hopefully tomorrow!

I'll try to up some pics also of before and after.

Ok this is a very brief update. Pic of knifing putty applied to the Helmet. Sanded slightly. Waiting til later today/tomorrow to continue and more filler etc (weather permitting). then onto primer...!

*Edit* Ok so pic from mobile looks pretty bad. I am sanding and priming tomorrow, more photos then.

Deciding to re-sand the whole helmet or not? As it is not as smooth as desired. I am going to try some black marker detailing first, if that makes it look any better I will scrap the re-sand idea. Hopefully have some Hi-def pics up soon!
