So taking a look at the arm section.. gauntlet don't line up... so trying a tube see if I can make it work smoother..

Been some talk on Ironman paint color... Went to the paint shop today to check out the Nissan Merlot and it is dark its a Red Wine which looks good then I look down the lighter color and found a BMW Siena Red which is still dark but throws off the red I like so I looked it up and I now stuck on which one to use... so what would you use.....

I like the BMW Siena Red tbh. It gives enough dark red but still has that light red which actually shows you that it's a red. I think the Merlot Red looks too maroon. Your choice but

Just throwing this out there ...

For the color, you could paint everything the gold base color. Duplicolor Sunburst Gold is what I use for various guitar related stuff. Then paint the red areas with a transparent (candy) red, like Duplicolor Metalcast. This gives you a deeper finish and follows the "throw in some hot rod red" idea. Clear coating will deepen the effect even more. You can do the whole thing with rattlecans and it won't cost an arm and a leg.

If you have a spray rig you can go with automotive urethane and it will be very durable.

I do a base coat in silver brings it out more. I never had any luck with candy always overlaps wrong for me...

I did look great.. you could always use gloss black
