Iron Man under armor

I was just wondering, what with all the wonderful, incredible, awesome Iron Man armor being showcased throughout here:

Has anyone ever taken the task at re-creating the bodysuit Robert Downey Jr. wore underneath the armor?

I know, I know, no one's ever going to see it underneath all that armor but I'm one of those people who believe in accuracy=authenticity (or is it the other way around?).

If not, then I guess I'll have to take the Under Armor and a whole lotta velcro route...

Undersuit, much like what people glue their Bat-armor to. For JEDI's inquiry, Robert Downey Jr.'s undersuit had some sort of pattern to it.
