Iron Man MK4 & Promotional work!

Hey hey,

Wasn't gonna bother posting this one up as there are about a billion of em knocking around and really its nothing special/accurate...

Foam build, boots are in process of being repainted (Really whole suit needs a new coat as its wearing from rubbing/being touched but I've my fingers in too many pies at the moment!)

The plan was for my buddy to wear this one and I'll be putting together a War Machine for myself usually I'm not a fan of doing stuff so "mainstream" I like to stand out from the crowd a little buuuuuuuuuuut Iron man is just too cool so I'm happy to make the exception!

Hadn't really been using this suit since I finished it but with the release of Iron-Man 3 I decided to give it a good beating out in the real world... so I took to my local cinema and asked em if they wanted any promotional work done for the movie/cinema...

They were extremely keen on the idea and had me advertising a special midnight preview of the film and started running a competition on their Facebook page for free film tickets to people who had their photos taken with me/liked the pictures/page, Being out and about in town local businesses saw me and loved the idea and got in touch the Cinema to book me for their own devices.

This somehow ended up with me attending a Night club the night before movie release and partying with the club (For the record Iron-Man is a chick magnet...) and in partnership with the cinema they ran a "balloon drop" event at 1am with me cutting a balloon from the ceiling filled with Iron-Man 3 tickets which the crowd got to burst and fight over!!

I even had my own VIP room above the club with a personal bar for me and my "pit crew" who were playing "Keep Iron-Man Hydrated or he passes out" and stop drunken people damaging the suit... If anyone is a fan of the UK version of Brianiac you may even notice one of my crew looks remarkably like John Tickle... (Ironically he got almost as much attention as I did and he wasn't even in a costume!!)
