Received my second Iron Man helmet this week from monkeeman. I got started on it today.
Main difference compared to the last helmet is that the back part is trimmed away so it will be wearable once it's finished.
First up photo before work commenced:
Today I did a single coat of filler primer and then once dry I filled all of the holes/dings with isopon/bondo:
