Iron Man COSTUME. Update Page 3

My brother decided he wanted to be Iron Man for Halloween this year so we started out making pieces and parts for his costume. I'm not a huge Iron Man fan, but my brother is an Iron Man nut! There are still some odds and ends that need to be done to the costume, but it's at least Halloween worthy at this point. Later we will be adding an exhaust pack to blow smoke from his jet ports. My brother stands at 5'8" and in this costume he stands at 7' tall!!!!! Hope you enjoy!

WOW, that is quite a piece of work. It must have taken a lot of time and effort to put all that together. How did you manage to keep quiet about it for so long? Did I miss this somewhere?
