Interrogator Droid part - Any ideas?

Just wondering if anyone knows what the part is that surrounds the pen holder on the top of the interrogator droid? Thanks in advance.

Hi,
sorry, I don't have your answer, but I wanted to let you know that I will be offering full kits for the interogation droid next year in case you are interested
The dedalino will be real part, the red lamp will have a real part bezel and a cast from a real part red lens. plus all the machined metal parts that I already carry on my website. This part I would probably 3D print as it seems the more viable option.
