Info on a Custom Jacket

Well, I figured I might as well throw this up on the RPF since there's alot of talent here. I want this jacket, i'm not sure if it's custom made but I believe it is. It's not terribly complex but I can't quite seem to find anything just right.

Could someone possibly reccomend some places I could look at for having this made, or perhaps the services of anyone here?

Many places. Cheapest way would be to make your own. Its a terribly simple design.
