I was lucky enough to find someone who owns the correct model Webley WG model in .455 who was kind enough to let me borrow it for a mold. We're still in the process of refining the mold and doing a full parts mold for a comprehensive model, but they're coming out pretty well so far. I've published a web gallery with some photos and information about the 2nds from our first run. I'll publish another gallery after Xmas with the completed final run photos. I'm going to take a couple with me on vacation to sand down and prep for finishing photos as well.
Anyway... since there really aren't many places with a replica WG I thought the rpf might be interested in checking out this process. I am by no means an experienced caster and had to go through a learning period. Any suggestions or helpful tips you have are fully welcomed. Now that I've got the bug I'm going to work on other Indy and Star Wars props and see what I can come up with .
