Thought this might be an interesting topic.

I'll go first.

This does not include the stuff I've stuck in my grail diary, nor some foreign odds & ends I have that I don't really consider Indiana Jones material.

What have you got?

Those guys are just on a bookshelf. Not organized into a 'themed' bunch.

Don't have the room (or the recognizable props) to make an Indy display.

Cool. I also added some "other" artifacts, going down the road of "what if" he decided to hang onto trinkets from his various adventures...

From his South American Chachapoyan "Raiders" exploits...

An added Jade Dragon Ball from his trip to the Orient in "Temple"....

indydisplay3.jpg

A few false grails (I still have to get a decent Grail to addto my collection) from Last Crusade....

indydisplay4.jpg

and just to add the gear shelf... need a decent resin pistol..... :)

Brody, that is one sweet setup. I had a similar idea. I will display artifacts from various movies like Indy, Mummy, National Treasure together. Will looks very interesting for the visitor.

Very nice. Quick coment/question though. The headpiece for the Staff of Ra; though its from Raiders, would it have been from South America, or from Egypt? If from Egypt, it'd be cool to add some other Egyptian stuff in there, or maybe some type of link to Abner Ravenwood. like a note to Indy regarding the piece...

PH....yeah I believe the headpiece is supposed to be Egyptian in origin. I thought about moving the headpiece down to the Temple shelf, but that just wouldn't be right now...would it? I may pick up some smaller egyptian artifacts to scatter on the shelf too. :)

Bleyd...the arrow is an actual artifact I picked up on eBay from a collector. I saw it and instantly thought of the darts from the Chachapoyan temple. Fits in nicely, eh?

Thanks, Mark

David, I have always loved your display. It's really classy and exactly what I meant with my post above: To have a setup with "artifacts" and "treasures" from different "adventure" movies. You know that I don't care about the replica thing as I am collecting replicas myself. Maybe it's because english is not my native language, that there was a little misunderstanding ;)

Thomas :)

Yeah I gotta admit -- it really does belong with Raiders stuff. That arrow is VERY cool.

Something I just made was a Library of Congress reader's card.

I figured it would be something Indy, Henry Sr., or even Abner Ravenwood would have had.

Uh ... pics tomorrow.

Here is my modest little Indy Shrine.

I just got the hat and whip is on it's way. I think I will get a little hand towel rack for them so the hat will hang on top and the whip at the side.

I just found the little burlap sack with a coffee gift basket I got. Not 100% accurate..but it gets the point across.

The second pic was taken before the burlap sack moved up a shelf. Might make a Grail Diary some day....
