Immortan Joe mask part help.

Hello everyone, I been working on a immortan joe prop, off and on sense last year. Finally got around to finishing it up. But I am missing the hose connector device that is attached to the mask on each side, with the copper and tubes connected to it. What is that? can I buy the part somewhere? I been looking at hose connectors for awhile now and can't seem to find anything like it. Any help would be appreciated!

Figured I'd Share Pics Of It. These photos are of the first casting. So its dirty, its also the casting I used to sculpt the mask on it. The mask is loosely put on and isn't sanded, so its sagging and not in the proper position when the piece would be finished properly.
