I'm wanting to get a hazmat suit like this for a film project, where to find it?

I've noticed it popping up in a lot of shows, so I know it is a real suit, not something made for a show.

Google hazmat suit.

Helmets in movies are made to show the actors faces, nothing shown with a simple search show anything like them.
 
I did that. I know it is a real suit, so it should be possible to find the manufacturer. I'm wondering if maybe it is made in Canada...Fringe and Stargate were shot there.
 
No idea if anyone ever found a suit that matched this, but after doing some searching of my own after a matching suit showed up in an old episode of Psych, I found this;

Looks like they made a suit that's very similar specifically for prop work, so it's possible that the multiple different places that it's popped up have all got their suits from there with variations.
