I'm Here, a robot love story. Anyone have any info?

Does anyone have any info on the robot costumes used in Spike Jonze's short film I'm Here? I know they were made by Alterian Inc, and thats where my knowledge ends.

Obviously the faces are CG, but I was wondering if anyone had any info on the costumes themselves?
