Has anyone else seen this?

It's a korean film and there is a character in the mental hospital that will "steal" a characteristic of your personality by wearing paper masks. There is a really intricate one that looks like a rabbit with a visor that slides down over the eyes.

Just wondering if anyone has seen this and if anyone thinks they could make it.

I would like to make said mask for a friend, but am unsure how to go about crafting it? Any pepakura-heads or unfolders got any suggestions. Pic for reference.
