Ideal glue for vinyl fabric and plastic?

Contact adhesive. Depending on the plastics. It is solvent based but generally ok.

Thanks. I don't know the exact type of plastic it is, but it's a cheap Bic ballpoint pen that I'd like to adhere to vinyl fabric (the leathery-looking side), if that helps.

Generally I'd say it's hard to go wrong with E-6000.

As long as the materials are non-porous and you key them a bit with some sandpaper it should stick fine.

please let us know what you end up using and how it goes. I know some glues for adhering fabric to fabric, and some for adhering various plastics to plastics. But I've found more and more lately I need to adhere plastic to fabric and would like to hear about your results.

I'm a big fan of Barge Cement- (it's a flavor of contact cement)
