In a few month I plan on making 4 count them 4 new Spidey suit. After the new year. What they are I get to in a bit. I'm just to to run some ideas and get feed before I try anything.
So what are the suits I'm going to be making. Now normally I like to my suits using methods that Peter would use. That my really I mean reason why I don't like dry-sub's. The reason why I'm doing it this way is. 1. I have a Serger 2. I have Embroidery Machine. 3. The belt point do stay with my old suit. So I think the biggest change from my old suit is the fact the those new suit are not going to be 7 pieces. The resources I have have now I wish had when I made my old suit.
The first technique I the idea of using temporary spray adhesive on to my pattern and fabric. To help it not sheath as much when sewing. The mean reason for this is that I use different kind of spandex. One spandex is sheath velvet what I be using for the blues of my suit.
I just did a little experiment with some fabric markers.To see if I can add some muscles shading on to solid color spandex. I found using a gray and light green fabric markers and red marker depending to blend dose the trick.
I more then likey will be making the sole of the feet out of felted. The some kind of materiel use for slipper. Why because most of the time I be inside. So I don't see the need for shoes.
One more thing. I'm not going to be using puff paint but fabric marker. Puff paint do sheath with the fabric and make the suit hard to put on.
Thesuit is a remake of my first it with was a Amazing Fantasy #15 or a Ditko suit. As much as I love my first suit. Man it's uncomfortable! I know when I made I was only sewing for year and a half at the time. There are a ton of problem with it.
This new suit will be base on some fan art for deviantart. Kyomusha from deviantart. I really like his concept for a first Spidey suit.

My plan for bring this concept to life is to use navy stretch velvet. The pattern it self is a pattern I have use a few times. The yousai.net pattern. http://yousai.cart.fc2.com/ca23/175/p-r-s/ It simple and something I can see Peter using for is first suit. This suit is going to be 6 piece. Mask, gloves, boots and suit.
Now for the next 3 suits. That I will be using The New Blood free Bagley pattern. So more of them will be suit and detachable mask.

The first of those is a Ultimate Spider-Man suit using a royal blue stretch velvet. Yes I know it's another remake of my second suit. Heck I've plan on using my same front spider. Other then I it's going to have detachable mask.
The third suit it's the second Superior Spiderman suit and last a black suit.
