I need solid blue rod for "smasher blaster"

WoodChuck here. I need someone to tell me how to cast, sculpt, or bend
plastic rod into the shape of the front of the smasher blaster that the Mr. Potato head Spud Trooper carries. I want to build a life-sized costume, and need some help with the "y" shaped blue masher. It should be solid, as I want
to shine LED"S into the end in the blaster body. The blue plastic rod should be about one inch in diameter.
I am willing to trade one of the props I build if anyone is interested in doing this for me.

Use 1in clear blue acrylic rod. Heat the areas you want to bend with a heat gun, then bend to shape and hold until it cools.

1" is going to be a real time consuming and difficult thickness to use.

When I worked at an aquarium manufacturer we had a set up with a heating element with liquid cooled tubes on both sides in a U shape.
Several of these on a rack so we could make bent faced tanks (hex, pentagon, octagon, etc)
Thickest I ever bent was 1/2" and that took a while flipping the plex to evenly heat and not burn.
Once bent the sheets where placed into jigs to cool.

I've seen similar setups with a heating coil between fire proof boards.
Might be something to look into.
Just make sure to keep rolling it back and forth for even heat distribution.
