Hydrocal alternatives???

Hey all, I plan to manually hollow-cast a torso-sized silicone mold (casting in resin), and I’m looking for a lightweight (but inexpensive) alternative to Hydrocal. (I’ve seen the videos of Smooth-On PlastiPaste, but it’s pretty expensive). Thanks for any advise from you veteran sculptors!

Polyester+fiberglass?. I´d say it´s the cheapest. From there on there´s acrylic resin, epoxy resin, PU resins...but the cheapest is polyester.
It´s going to be hard to find a resin cheaper or as cheap as Hydrocal.
