How close does the poly patient binder look to the source picture?

Assuming you have a plan for the color, that's actually pretty close I'd say. The placement of the rivets (not seen in the source pic) would be my only other question.

I am not able to help you but I'd like to suggest that changing the threads title to something more specific might attract more fans of the show and props in question.

If you check the front cover (the Arkham binder)(of the one on the far left (my left)) it seems to have to labels on it and from the angle and the position of the labels compared to the poly binder it seems like they are the exact same binder. Do you agree or disagree?

I didn't realize they had them in different colors. In that case I would say yes, I'd go with them. It does look like the fronts match to me as well.

By font, do you mean the debossed area?

The front covers (vs the spines). If it's not the same binders then it's near as makes no difference I'd say.
