How are these boots for a Solo costume?

I'm hoping these boots are "close enough" as I got them for a steal. They are from the sellers description German Officer Jack Boots from either the 50's or 60's. They are 15" tall. I only paid 30 bucks for them so if the arrive and aren't right no big loss. Can always throw them on my Vader. What do you think?

They are perfect for a Han costume. Hans' boots were German officer boots anyhow, so provided they'll fit you nicely you'll have that part of the costume nailed down :thumbsup

They're gonna be too short though. Han's boots are more like a 18" shaft height.

Though Han's boots are rumored to be German Officer boots the ones available are usually incorrect in sizing, height, and toe shape.

Those boots are good for Tie Pilots and X-wing pilots.

Yup, what he said. Han's boots were equestrian riding boots with the tops evened off.

Well the good news is at 15" they'll be just about the right height for my body so they should look okay. For 30 bucks they'll do. Thanks for the info.
