hey everyone, i was thinking about getting the new hasbro boba fett helmet and repainting it to look a little better but was wondering how accurate it was, im not the biggest boba expert so i thought i might as well ask
thanks!

Not even close. If you were to add up time + materials it would just be best to buy a kit. Check out the dented helmet. Just my 2 cents.

agreed on the "not".

i've seen people make it look good, but you essentially have to rebuild the face, ears and back. or, the vast majority of the helmet.

Depends on what you would be doing with it. Using it for yourself as part of a costume...NO. Giving it as a gift to a child...YES. It is perfect for my five year old, but then again he has not developed the madness bug for accuracy like his Dad just yet:)

yeah dont bother, i've seen someone change one of those clone wars kids helmets into a clone pilot, took him alot of time i would just leave it and either get a pep of it over at the dented helmet or buy a replica from ebay
