Hoth Rebel and Snowtrooper boots SW ESB

Have these ever been definitively identified?

I believe the snowtrooper boots were Canadian Surplus Military Mucklucks.

Any help is appreciated!
 
Snowtrooper were mukluks, but possibly two different types, with three extra straps added and it looks like the integral laces were removed.

No idea about the rebel stuff though.
