Hoggle from Labrynth found in lost luggage

A few years ago I watched a news clip about this place. They contract with airlines and buy lost luggage that the airline cant find the owners. Problem is, the news people pointed out that some of the luggage had peoples phone numbers etc written on the luggage thus easily traceable. Bla Bla Bla Unclaimed baggage stance is 'Once they buy the luggage it is theirs to sell.'

So If you lost your original Hoggle costume they have it.
