The hole in the chest makes me think it could be part of a putt-putt golf course where you use chestburster shaped clubs.

Okay, that may be a stretch.

I posted about this last year I went to that temple and saw it. Not only does it have this but it also has statues of trophy heads hanging from trees and the main temple inside has paintings of modern sci fi characters throughout it including alien and predator.

The temple is called Wat Rong Khun located in Chiang Rai Thailand, it is white with tiny bits of mirrors on everything it is the most beautiful and amazing thing I have ever seen.
