Help with Boba Fett armor measurements please!

I'm building a custom Fett out of foam and am having trouble finding measurements for it. Any suggestions?

Can someone tell me the correct measurements of the original prop armor... width of say... The Shoulder armor?

I printed these out years ago... Made a full set of practice armor and never went through with it...

Everyone talks about sizing it to fit custom for costumers...

What were the ACTUAL measurements?

I've searched and there are just too many custom builds out there to be 100% sure of the screen accurate sizing....

...

Again....

There is too much customization for thousands of pages across several forums...

I've searched. I know about the dented helmet...

Can anyone point me to accurate screen used shoulder armor measurements?

Width at the widest point is all I need...

Again, The Dented Helmet really has everything. Go to the "Boba Fett costume" section and look for the user RafalFett's threads. The guys a machine. More accurate there is not.

Ok then... Best guess for 1979 Jeremy Bulloch sized shoulder armor?

For force sake... I've had dinner with the actor twice... I just need a best guess measurement for one piece....

Beauller?

No one has screen used armor measurements.

There's a frikkin' reason I said to search RafalFett's threads. He's made his name figuring out the most accurate schematics and measurements to date for everything from Supertrooper to ROTJ. Not talking custom anything.

If you print out one of his shoulder bell stencils found here, you'll have a rough estimation of how large they should be: http://www.thedentedhelmet.com/f20/boba-fett-rotj-armor-stencils-42480/

As it was stated before, no one has exact measurements of the real deal. Fettpride, Bobamaker, etc all have various measurements for their armors that are within range of each other by an inch or two.

This would be your best guess.

Here, this is from Rafalfett. It's as good as it gets.
