HELP! What does she need??? (Painting a few maquettes for the first time...

Hello,
I need a list of whast my fiance needs to paint and put together
a few models and maquettes?

Such as most are resin, approx 12" inches in height, seperate hands and feet, Mostly intact.

What kind of glue is needed to put together?
What kind of paint is used to prime these?

What kind of paints or brushes are used to paint these?

Final covering? Gloss? or nothing?
