help me track down this metal clipboard?

ive searched and searched google for this thing.... anyone have any ideas?

Maybe some type of Hospital clipboard. It looks like the rollers originally served a purpose. Maybe for sliding them into some type of organizing cabinet or something.

I agree looks like a hospital chart clipboard but a much older model. I used to work in a hospital 13+ years ago and they were not even around then.

That would appear to be correct... Here is a close one from the bay...

Thats what those were. They were rollers. They sat in a recess so the clip board could be looked at without remoeving it.
