Help me ID this

Couple other image angles may help.

Any kind of manufacture mark, stamping or label on any part of it?

Sometimes I've had luck going to manufacturers with photos for help IDing parts..Sometimes they won't have the time, but if you get the right person at the right time, they'll go out of their way to help, if they know it's for an unusual project..Try someplace like this http://www.metaldynamix.com/index.html
or call a metal shop in your area and see if they can help you if you email a photo to them. Ask an electrician if they recognize it..looks like a junction box that might have housed a fan/blower maybe..or just a small motor..?? Could be a common thing or something custom-made..dunno..

Yeah I'm a member there, I love the site and have bought many things from Gary. The only issue I have with the site is there are alot of people who don't have a delorean or even plan on building one hoarding information and original parts. It makes it really hard.
It just seems that as soon as a part is ID'd over there all the stock is bought up.
