Help Identifying the maker of my Jango Fett blaster please

I bought this at Wonderfest in Louisville KY in 2003 or 04 and have always wanted to know who made it. All I know is that it was the only one the guy had and he said that he did not make it. Its barrel is made out of aluminum, everything else is made out of resin with the exception of the inner barrel, spike above the trigger and the butt, and some hex head screws. Thanks in advance for any help, and if you guys need more pics let me know.
