Help finding a movie. Kid in a tractor tire?

There's a film, probably from the 70's in which kids are rolling around in an old tractor tire. The tire ends up going down a steep hill and one of the kids gets hurt or dies. What's the film?

That's the same movie I thought of I just don't remember a kid being hurt when they did that but I remember them losing 1
