Help Covering Tattoos for Cosplay

Figured I might be able to get some good ideas from people on this forum.

I am in need of a good tattoo coverup makeup. I have full sleeves on both arms (all the way to the wrists), and the project I'm doing requires that the visible parts of my arms be free of any tattoos. To make matters more complicated, I plan on using alcohol-activated makeup (skin illustrator) over my hands, and it will overlap some of the covered area above the wrist. What product(s) would work best in this situation?
