It's been a while since I'm reading this forum but never posted anything.
I'm working on a helmet mold. I used plaster and I'm working the surface with spackling (Drydex) . The finishing texture I got is amazing but the mask needs some engraved lines and there is my problem.
When I draw the lines with a knife, the filler on the edges brakes/cracks and some parts of the lines aren't perfect and I can't fix it with the same filler, even though I tried.
What kind of putty can I use to obtain a perfect attack of the edges over that filler (It can't be epoxy nor any 2 parts putty).
