has anyone seen Fiona (shrek) horns?

My wife really wants to do a nice Fiona for D*C this year, and prostethics are something I have not worked with before. First time for everything, right?
Anyhoo, Im looking for any and all information on any past runs of Fiona's horns on top of her head, or a direction to look in to create them myself . I have six months to get them done and get them right, so that gives me a bit of time.
