has anyone attempted a life size x-men sentinel suit?

For reference, might I suggest this:

or this

Both link to more pictures of the action figures. Best 3 Dimensional reference I can think of.

edit: just in case one thinks it is impossible to hold up massive items, look here, where there is nothing covered- no smoke or mirrors........

Is this your photo? The picture seems photoshopped to me. Lighting and shadows do not seem right. Plus there is no one staring at it. Something that large would always have people staring up at it.

Even so, there are no moving parts in that picture. Have you done any concept design, 3D modeling, or small scale rigs to test out your plans and mechanical systems?

I'd personally make sure something like this would work in concept and small scale before you invest in full size.

I look forward to any progress you make. You have to excuse us if we seem skeptical. We have seen many members talk about super scale projects like this and almost zero ever deliver.

so far the biggest trouble i'm having is figuring out how to store it, should i make it. too expensive and awesome to throw away, too big to keep as it will fill a room. ( and that's with me getting the two upper torso plates into front and back halves,...)

my goodness,no one believes photos anymore?

the first photo above from the toy is what i'm using as a model. its joints will be easy to hide, unlike say, a iron man or ultron costume. just a frame, some light plast painted black/silver, and a few plates on top of that.

but it does seem like a lot of trouble and time, when others recommended off-site to try challenging personal costumes instead- like a really good colossus. and they are right, i really just want a challenge, and a amazing costume afterward.
