Would you consider offering a 'solid' version of the orb that doesn't open and has no interior parts?

I have the orb from the Blu-ray box set and the join between the two halves doesn't look great.

Or do you think you can conceal the join?

Stupid question, but what/where do you get the display plaque cards like in the first post "That was a pretty good plan". What are those called? Like a name plate on a wooden triangle or something that will stand up beside your props in the display cabinet.
