Gluing resin parts together

Odd question perhaps but:
Is it possible to glue polyurethane resin parts together using ordinary 'injection kit' glue?
I know superglue or epoxy etc is the norm but still, can you?

Nope. The 'injection kit' glue is made to create a chemical reaction to the plastic an "melts" or melds the two parts togeter. That glue will not work with resin. You are simply creating a very strong bond to the resin peices with super glue or epoxy.
