Gluing fleece to EVA foam

I'm trying to glue fleece to eva foam and I was wondering what the best practice was for this.

I was planning to make some kind of mixture of tacky glue and water and brushing it onto the surface of the foam. Then tightly pulling the fleece around the foam. Anyone have any experience with this? What would be a good ratio of water to tacky glue to secure fleece to foam while still having a halfway decent drying time?

Can't you just use spray adhesive? I use it for putting fleece to polyfoam for puppets, works great.

Any specific spray adhesive product recommendation?

3m super 77 is groovy stuff, should be able to get it at lowes or home depot no problem.

agreed, 77 is one of the best you can get. but try it out first. i had some dificulty getting the right amount on so that it set right. once i figured it out, it works great.
what are you doing with fleece?
