Hey guys and gals,

A mate an myself have been working on two full size speeder bikes for the past 6 months. Using pictures from the net, and models as reference, we have done pretty well so far to replicate as much as possible.

Here's our progress so far.

I just peed my pants a little.

One of the few things I wanted, and never got as a kid, was the swing set with the Speeder Bike. I think it was at Kiddy City (my frown has still not been turned "upside down")

This, for me, is one of the most exciting builds I have ever seen!

And now, I hate you! :p

:thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup

Seriously, I am thrilled for you two, impressed, and insanely envious right now! Wow! Great work you two.

I seriously hope you consider expanding out the documentation of this build to be a bit more indepth, because I would like to see everything you've done on this. Seriously, I want to see everything and I know I am in the majority on this.

Just my reaction :lol

Seriously, who didn't want to have one of those as a child?

Yeah share your progress and building steps...

wow , Thats going to be awesome, Ive been staring at the two side by side thinking there has to be a way to bolt the two together and add wheels so you can drive them around, Maybe a 3 wheel set up , if you get it close enough to the ground it would hide allot of it.

Wow!
Now I find myself wondering which would be more difficult...fitting one of those into my man-cave, or convincing my wife that I could totally fit one of those in my man-cave.

Hahaha. I was thinking the same thing :)

Great build so far. The attention to detail and construction techniques are incredible. Well done.

Thanks for the praise guys. I've put countless hours in designing the parts in CAD so my mate can cut the parts on his CNC machine. These will be used at local cons for charity so if you want to have a ride these will be conventions in Queensland Australia later this year [emoji6]
